Perfect for students and office workers, these simple stretches can be done right at your desk to combat the effects of prolonged sitting.
Neck Rolls
Slowly roll your head in a circle, 5 times each direction. This helps relieve neck tension from looking down at books or screens.
Shoulder Shrugs
Lift shoulders up to ears, hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times to relieve shoulder and upper back tension.
Spinal Twist
While seated, place right hand on left knee and gently twist to the left. Hold 15 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
